Blackberry Crumble
Two pints of berries washed and dried. Toss berries with the following and set aside:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 T corn starch
For crumble, cut sugar into butter and then add flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.
1/4 c cold butter
1/4 c white sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Grease 8x8 pan. Put in berries and sprinkle with crumble. Cook at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Don’t let it burn! I had to edit off the high peaks that burned while I wasn’t watching.
